Yes, they are.
What is the average turn around time for a custom order?

Would vary according to how many orders are being tied and the number of jigs ordered. Generally we will work hard to try and get orders filled within 7 days.
Can you order mixed sizes and different heads

Yes we are here to please the customer and develop relationships.
Will you make a sample of a special request?

Yes, then TWISTED JIG will send a photo to the customer. If the customer is satisfied the jigs will be tied up and mailed. If not satisfied, we will create another sample. All this being said, "reasonable", is the key word.
